专利说明:

The invention relates to a mask which ensures protection against germs, dust and odors and which is also suitable for ventilation.
Face masks and respirators have been in use for many decades, for both civil and military use. They can be designed for self-breathing or can also be connected to ventilators. A ventilation device with a mask and pump is disclosed, for example, in DE 102004002125 B4. In the case of a breathing mask for ventilating patients according to DE 202015105799 U1, this is provided with a curved hood which has a contact surface running around the edge and an inlet opening for breathing air to be supplied and an outlet opening. The hood is designed to be flat close to the face in order to achieve the smallest possible volume between the face and the hood. Comparable masks are in DE 202017001233 U1, inter alia. disclosed.
Mainly, masks, face masks, respiratory protection masks or breathing bowls should, however, enable the user to breathe actively. EP 0906037 B1 discloses a breathing mask which covers the mouth and nose and which is supported on the nose and under the chin. In addition, lateral headbands are provided that can be connected at the back of the head. The breathing air is supplied through a filter bowl located in front of the face and a filter can also be provided. The part of the breathing mask that comes into contact with the face is made of flexible material.
Also known are simple shapes such as fabric masks or shields. Such shields cover the entire face from the forehead to the base of the neck. They are mostly connected with a ring that is placed on the head. But it is also known to attach such shields to glasses-like frames. They are used to ward off splashing liquids, solid particles or gases. The distance between the shield and the face is comparatively large, so that they are unsuitable as a breathing mask and also tend to fog up due to the exhaled air. Also known are shields which only cover the mouth and nose in a fixed position and which do not offer any protection against the effects of droplets on the mouth and nose.
The invention is therefore based on the object of developing a mask, in particular a face mask or breathing bowl, which ensures better protection against internal and external germs (from outside or outside), dusts and odors. It should be very comfortable to wear and at the same time be reusable.
The object is achieved with the features of claim 1.
The inventive mask comprises a transparent, curved breathing bowl that covers the nose and mouth of a person and which is provided with a contact surface, at least partially on the face, in particular on the cheeks, and which is connected to a frame that is connected by means of a insertable nose pads is flexible.
The breathing bowl is preferably soft and malleable to the extent that it can be adapted to the shape of the face and nose.
Preferred configurations of the mask according to the invention are disclosed in the dependent claims.
The frame can be designed in the form of a temple with a shape of the bridge of the nose and the breathing bowl can be connected to the frame in the region of the shape of the bridge of the nose, preferably by means of a click connection around which the breathing bowl can also be pivoted.
The frame includes adjoining brackets that extend to the ears. The frame can be designed in one piece or the brackets can be mounted to the frame.
The frame preferably goes over to the right and left under the eye in a bracket, which, analogous to a temple, preferably extends to the ears. The frame and bracket are advantageously made of a thermoplastic material, and the nose pad is preferably made of a cushion-like material.
The breathing bowl is preferably made of a transparent plastic and is, preferably reversibly, connected to the frame.
The frame can be provided with an anti-slip coating.
The mask according to the invention can also be used, respectively. whose breathing shell can be provided with an air-permeable, elastic molded part made of fabric or fabric, the elastic molded part extending between a left and a right part of the frame and being suitable for resting on the person's chin.
In addition, in a further embodiment, the fabric can be provided with straps in the area of the chin, which can be closed in the neck in particular.
The inventive mask, respectively. their breathing bowl is transparent and thus enables visual communication.
It is very comfortable to wear and can be adjusted and adapted to different face and head shapes. The interior of the mask between the breathing bowl and face is ventilated so that fogging is avoided.
The mask is compact, washable and can therefore be used several times by the same person, which is essential from an ecological point of view. The mask is recyclable and storable at the same time.
The invention is described in more detail below in an exemplary embodiment with reference to a drawing. In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows: a mask according to the invention in side view; FIG. 2: the mask according to the invention according to FIG. 1 in a different view; 3: the mask according to the invention in a detailed representation; FIG. 4: the mask according to the invention in a different view and FIG. 5: the mask according to the invention in a different embodiment.
A mask 1 according to the invention has a curved breathing bowl 2 made of a, preferably transparent, plastic, for example made of a polycarbonate, which covers the nose 6 and the mouth 7 up to the level of the chin 8 of a person, see FIG. 1 The curvature of the breathing bowl 2 is preferably such that it does not lie flat on the bridge of the nose and there is sufficient free space in front of the mouth 7 and the nostrils. The curvature can be of different sizes. The edge areas of the breathing bowl 2 can rest on the cheeks 14 or on the skin of the face to such an extent that they form a contact surface next to the frame 3.
A frame 3 with temples 4 is shaped in the form of an eyeglass temple. The frame 3 is arranged in the region of the bridge of the nose (FIGS. 1, 2). The frame 3 is flexible and adjustable by means of a nasal pad 5 and can therefore be adapted to any face and nose shape. For this purpose, a nose pad 5 made of a cushion-like material can be inserted into the frame 3 (FIG. 3).
The breathing bowl 2 is pivotably connected to the frame 3. For this purpose, 3 pins 11 are arranged on the frame 3 on both sides of the frame, which at the same time represent the pivot point, which are clicked into eyelets 12 of the breathing bowl 2 (FIG. 3). This makes it possible at the same time to open and close the breathing shell 2, to remove it and to clean it separately from the other parts of the mask.
At the same time, the bracket 4 is movable or pivotable relative to the frame 3. The swiveling of the breathing bowl 2 can take place continuously or in several fixed positions, for example 20 ° and 40 ° (FIG. 4). This also enables food and drinks, for example.
In addition, the other ends of the bracket 4 can each be provided with an opening 13 in which an elastic or connectable safety band can be attached, which supports the breathing mask 1 on the back of the head in its position.
In the breathing bowl 2, in particular for an embodiment according to FIG. 5, a filter opening 9 with a flange is arranged, for example screwed in or glued, onto which a filter 10 can be slipped or screwed.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, a filter can be dispensed with. In this case, either a cover is attached to the filter opening 9 or the breathing bowl 2 is produced without a filter opening 9.
Breathing bowl 2 and frame 3 can preferably be produced by injection molding.
In another embodiment, the mask 1 according to the invention also has a curved breathing bowl 2 made of a, likewise preferably transparent, plastic, for example made of a polycarbonate, which covers the nose 6 and the mouth 7 up to the level of the chin 8 of a person (Fig. 5). The curvature of the breathing bowl 2 is again preferably such that it does not lie flat on the bridge of the nose and there is sufficient free space in front of the mouth 7 and nose 6 (FIG. 5).
The breathing bowl 2 is in turn made with a frame 3, for example thermoplastic, plastic, which can be placed on the bridge of the nose and the cheeks, below the eyes or on the cheekbones, analogously to a temple piece. As in the first example, the frame 3 has a frame 3, possibly with a nasal pad 5, and on the right and left under the eye a bracket 4 which extends to the ears.
As in the first example, the frame 3 can advantageously be provided with a nose pad 5 or with an anti-slip coating on the side facing the nose 6.
The breathing bowl 2 is in turn clipped or clipped onto the frame 3, for example as described in the first embodiment. However, a connection using Velcro or similar would also be possible.
Breathing bowl 2 and frame 3 can preferably be produced by injection molding.
The side edges of the breathing shell 2 not connected to the frame 3, d. H. along the cheeks 14 and under the chin 8 are connected to an elastic molded part 15. This molded part 15 widens, starting from the bracket 4, from a narrow strip to a flat structure under the chin 8, which elastically encloses the chin 8 (FIG. 5), possibly also in the form of a shell, and thus one that lies close to the face Forms contact surface. In front of and above the chin 8 under the nose 6, the molded part 15 also has exposed areas that do not rest on the face (FIG. 5).
The molded part 15 is breathable, for example Lycra or another fabric, and permeable to breathing air in both directions, outwards and inwards.
Due to the arrangement of the molded part 15 under the chin 8, moisture cannot be sucked directly into the mouth 7 or nose 6. The molded part 15 acts like a filter and can also be provided with active filter properties.
In this embodiment in particular, the breathing air can preferably and, as described above, be filtered by means of a filter 10 (FIGS. 1, 2), since it is sufficiently tight due to the molded part 15. The interior of the mask 1 between the breathing bowl 2 and face can be ventilated so that fogging of the breathing bowl 2 is largely avoided. The breathing bowl 2 can also be provided with a coating that prevents or minimizes fogging. The view of the person wearing the mask 1 is not impaired.
The molded part 15 can also be fixed even more securely on the chin 8 by means of an additional band 16, which can be connected at the back of the head or in the neck (FIG. 5).
The breathing bowl 2 can be opened when the molded part 15 is detached in a further embodiment, which also enables better circulation of the air in a harmless environment.
In a further embodiment, the brackets 4 can also be designed as a closure band, for example analogously to the band 16. A nasal pad can also consist of a malleable material, including a metal, and be arranged directly, possibly without a frame, on the inside of the breathing shell. In conjunction with the soft breathing shell 2, it can be adapted to the shape of the nose of the wearer.
The mask 1 is compact, washable and can therefore be used several times by the same person, which is a significant advantage from an ecological point of view. The mask 1 is at the same time recyclable and can be stored over a long period of time.
